Copperstone KI is an architecturally designed luxury holiday home in beautiful Emu Bay, on the North Coast of South Australia's Kangaroo Island. We are 15 minutes from the main town of Kingscote.

Situated high on the western hillside of Emu Bay, Copperstone is a very private retreat, perched on 5.5 acres of land, in very natural surroundings. The large sliding copper door, set in KI limestone, is the gateway to modern coastal living. A large, open plan living/ kitchen area with underfloor heating, opens up into the sunken courtyard/ entertaining area. The polished concrete floor leads to 2 master bedrooms, each with en-suite and walk-in robe. Two other bedrooms, second lounge room, and separate main bathroom and toilet, complete the package. Each room has an amazing view of the Bay via floor to ceiling windows. Amenities include limestone laundry, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, ducted reverse cycle A/C, ceiling fans in all rooms, WiFi/NBN and modern sound system/ home theatre. Hot /cold outdoor shower, automatic back-up generator and whole house rainwater UV filtration completes the package.

Copperstone KI sleeps maximum of 8 people with a minimum 3 night stay.
