The Watervale Hotel is a farm fresh to plate restaurant in a casual Pub in the heart of the Clare Valley Wine region. We source produce from a number of local farms, including our own organic, bio-dynamic vegetable, fruit, nut berry, herb and leaf Penobscot Farm.
We offer integrated farm tour and dining experiences. These include: - Six Senses Penobscot Farm Tour and Six Course Degustation dining at the Chef's Table. 4pm every day. - Cooking Masterclass including lunch. 9am every Monday to Friday
We have an extensive wine list that showcases Clare Valley diversity and match Clare Valley wines to our degustation dinners and - Cooking Masterclass lunch. In addition, we offer two wine-centric experiences: - Wine Masterclass at 11am every day. This can be followed by a Feed Me lunch as our 'Teach Me, Feed Me' experience. - Wine Flights at 5pm every evening.
We also offer a la carte dining in beautifully renovated private, casual and formal dining spaces.
